[July 21] Apex Account Reset

I have’t done anything to my account, when I logged in today it showed I was level 1 and had to do training. I kept my cosmetics thankfully, but I can’t play ranked. Embarrassing mistake from an embarrassing company, fix it.

Dear EA and Respawn,

I have been playing Apex since around season 14, was at around level 140 and I have never experienced any major issues yet when I logged on recently all of my account progress including levels, battle pass tiers, stats and badges have been reset. Luckily my purchased cosmetics where not impacted by this yet this is still a very big issue. Please Inform me if there is any way to fix this issue. I would also like to know if the progress made during the accounts reseted period will be added to my overall progress although it is not that big of an issue if it gets does not get added to my total progress.

I logged into apex and my account was partially reset, I still have skins/coins and such but all my account progress was reset. I’ve been playing since the launch of the game and all my stats and levels are gone 

My account was reset to level one and all my stats are gone and it says to start training. I was plat and now it’s all gone I had about 2500 hours into this game and now it’s gone
