issue: After the account merge, my Xbox account became my primary due to higher account level. The problem is, during S17 I got to Masters rank with my PC Steam account which was a lower account level. I no longer have the badge but I still have my holospray from the ranked rewards, screenshot attached. Can I please have the badge back? The holo is nice but I would really like the badge too please.

We can certainly pass this along, but I'm afraid we cannot manually grant individual rank badges in this type of situation.
To that end I can't promise this will be changed or provide any sort of timeframe for an investigation beyond passing this along to the team.

@EA_Mako But that right there is what is confusing to me. Why cant you grant a badge for this "type of situation", implying that there are situations where you would be able to do this? I provided proof that I obtained that rank via the screenshot of the holospray. Why can't I have the accompanying badge to go with it? I even have screenshots from S17 of my profile banner with the badge equipped and I have attached them here. It's not like you would be granting me a badge that I never had or earned. Please. I put so much time and money into this game. I just want the things back that I earned.
@EA_Mako So you're saying that unless there are large swaths of users affect by this exact issue that there is nothing that can/will be done? I'm just SOL and everything that I did from S17 is just gone forever? I can't imagine there are tons of people in this situation. I find it extremely hard to believe that the devs are not able to fix this as they are literally messaging Reddit users individually to assist them with their issues, in some cases. Why are certain users being helped on an individual basis but not others?
Returning once again to complain that all of my stats and badges from S17 are still gone.
