I have not experienced this before. I was just reset from silver 4 to bronze 4. I am a newer player. I know that this has happened in the past but cannot find a definitive post about a solution. I am on PS5.

I was playing a game like always and then randomly got demoted from almost plat 4(I was gold 1 around 650 rp) to a silver 3 🤔 Am i the only 1?
This is ridiculous, 2 days of playing are gone. Now when i hop back in the game im still silver. When i try to play a game i play in silver w/ silver mates.
Last season(21) i got a similar situation with the ranked rumble, i was diamond 4 in normal ranked and in the rumble, but after 1 game i was demoted to a rookie 4. I dont care about rumble and i knew this mode would be broken like from the beginning(we all know about a bug where u couldnt reenter the mode after trying to reset your score after 10 games)
Normal rank was all i played exept trios and tdm to warm up, there is no point to play when all my effort to grind and rank up are screwed for no reason, -35 magically turned into -1000 pts. Not to mention cheaters and broken matchmaking with 1 or 2 mates missing. A truly great season turned into a nightmare. I can get back to plat in 2 days but why would? Im uninstalling this game to save my nervous system.
The same has happened to me also only I went back to the menu and then went from just under gold 3 to bronze 2 which is random!
Same thing here. Glod 4 to Bronze 2 after a win too. Rediculous.
