Lag issue on Apex Legends Battle Royale

Each time I launch a game in BattleRoyal (ranked or normal), the first 10 or 15 minutes of the game are unplayable because of the lag. When you try to pick up an item it doesn't always work, you move really slowly and if there are enemies in the area, you are almost certain to die.
I would pretty much understand the problem if the whole game was unplayable, but here it only lasts a few minutes, and it's still very frustrating.
For more details:
- It doesn't happen in Arena or ranked Arena mode.
- I have the same problem on the 3 Belgian servers, the 2 Frankfurt servers, the one in London and the one in Amsterdam (I haven't tested the others yet but I might have too much ping on them)
I can record one of my games if you want, or help you otherwise because I would like this problem to last as little time as possible, it's very frustrating to not be able to play my favorite game.
