Three Strikes Rumble Rewards Missing

 So i played three strikes rumble, i got up rank 2 so i was supposed to get the rank 2 rewards, but at the end of the event i didnt get any reward and it reset my stats to zero so it says ive never played it before, though i did and i want my rewards please, Thank you. Very sincerely...
