apex coins

I bought when the new season came out 2x 1000 apex coins so i could buy the battle pass never got them so after a week i refunded my money. I tried it today agian and agian i didn't get my apex coins. what is going on I never had this issue before untill this new season.

    ja maar ik heb via paypal en via de app kan ik dus geen screenshots maken hoe moet ik dit dan doen ?

    Als je via de EA app coins hebt gekocht, dan kunnen ze je meteen helpen! 🙂 Geen aankoopbewijs nodig, want dan kunnen ze direct je aankoop zien.

    Ik had het zelfde probleem en al meer dan een week probeer ik in contact te komen maar nergens is er een live chat of iets wat mij kan helpen heb hierdoor een skin gemist en heb nog steeds mijn 4350 apex coins niet en het begint mij nu echt te frustreren omdat er gewoon geen mogelijkheid is in contact te komen
