The coins I purchased on the Steam platform have not been credited to my account

I purchased 6700 coins on Steam yesterday afternoon, but they have not been credited to my account. I found in EA Help that I should wait for 24 hours, but that time has already passed, and I still haven't received the coins for my Apex game. When I tried to contact customer service, I was told that they were unable to handle this issue. Please help me

I'm very happy to see your reply. I have already submitted your solution twice in EA Help, but no one has replied to me. I just logged into my account, but the coins still haven't been credited.
