Apex starts but then screen goes black and shuts down

Xbox one. Downloaden the update. Started didnt start reinstalled twice does the same. After the intro screen goes Black. And it shuts down to begin xbox screen Reinstalled twice my account is Lin...

You live in the Netherlands? 
i have this it looks like only people in The Netherlands have this issue. 

apex please fix update

    Yeah man i live in the netherlands cant play apex since the update after the ea logo it turns Black and it shuts down

        Apex verwijderen stekker uit xbox half uur laten staan 4 x de home knop indrukken zodat alle stroom eraf is stekker er weer in aanzetten apex downloaden. En gamen maar thank me later
