Apex starts but then screen goes black and shuts down

Xbox one. Downloaden the update. Started didnt start reinstalled twice does the same. After the intro screen goes Black. And it shuts down to begin xbox screen Reinstalled twice my account is Lin...

i have this it looks like only people in The Netherlands have this issue.
