Gifting
I tried to gift HxlfGhxstRxse the happy holidays bundle but when he logged into his account he did not have the gift. How can this be fixed? Can you help me please?

I'd like for my problem to be fixed it's been a couple days. He got his crafting materials back but the happy holidays bundle he still doesn't have. I'd like for either I get my apex coins back, or him to get his bundle or maybe even both for the trouble. His username is HxlfGhxstRxse and mine is Na_Mew_Rong.
Please help me as soon as possible thank you
