I bought Apex Coins and didn't receive them

I bought 1000 Apex Coins for 9,99 euros in Apex Legends through Steam. The transaction went through on my bank account, and on Steam, so it should be at EA. However I haven't received my Apex Coins. ...

Welkom op de Nederlandse forums! Helaas kunnen we hier niet helpen met vermiste content. Best irritant dat het niet lukt om contact op te nemen met live support, maar misschien werkt het via dit link? Het is misschien niet precies je probleem, maar het geeft mij tenminste de optie om een chat te beginnen. 🙂

    Same here 2x 1k apex coins 20 euro in total didnt receive them both. Same problem it shows player waiting very confusing. Seems to be problem with dutch people only. So did you manage to get in contact with them?
