I have been Unbanned just now, but I can't enter Apex Legends.

I've been banned over a year ago and i havent played any Apex Legends, this information is inrelevant luckily now since i am Unbanned and i am very happy, yet i still have an issue with logging in. i can enter the game and i can see the home screen and after a few seconds i get booted back to the log in Menu  with the message "the client's game account has been banned." 

i don't know if i should start a new ticket or that i can get help somewhere else but lets hope anybody can inform me with the next steps!
