missing heirloom
hi, my wraith heirloom is gone from my account. it shows that i own it, but there is no button to equip it. it is gone for days now. pls help

@EA_QueenBee i just tried to repair the game via steam, but everything is good. it has been gone for more then i week. i have 2 cases now in the EA Help: Official Support, but nobody has responded. i don't know what to do. pls help and ty for responding
