Unfair Ban

I got called racial slurs in a game of Apex Legends. The reason i got called the n-word multiple times is because i couldn't revive my teammate and didnt put on my mic. So i used text chat to call out the person on his actions. And used multiple "slurs" in those messages. I did not report the teammate since we were both in the wrong here. But he did report me. Which is super unfair in my eyes since i didnt start this conversation.

I wish to get unbanned since i spent over 100 euros this season already.
