Обновите Bios,после установите обновление драйвера материнки и звука.

а хотя разгон тоже выключен.

после того как удалил дамп, перестало вылетать, но сегодня опять вылетело. я уже не знаю че делать. Разгон в биосе стоит на оперативку EXPO , но это как бы получается и не разгон вовсе, потому что там выставлена максимальная частота оперативки, не более. Попробую по инструкции пройтись. Еще комп иногда ловит BSODы . Приложил скрин blueskrin 

Разгон на компе делался?

Попробуйте запустить игру с чистой загрузкой, это отключит лишнее и таким образом будет понятнее куда копать, если вылета не будет. На шаге 4 не отключайте следующие службы: EABackgroundService и Easy Anti Сheat, остальное отключите согласно инструкции.

Если вылет будет, значит дело не в ПО, а в сети или в ОС, железо не исключение.

По данному указанному пути,удалите данный файл PACKER_82xxxxxxxxxx60.dmp

в событиях какая то такая фигня

Да так,антивирусное по >включите после проверки если не будет вылетов.

Если у вас два диска,то на диск С,можно автоматический выбор а на диск Д установить ручками.
