Начал покупать донатную валюту, после покупки она не зачислились на аккаунт,после я подождал мин.30, все так же нету зачисления, я ещё раз купил Ac после чего мне сразу зачислили их,но после этого у меня с карты сняли деньги за тот первых заказ и начислили те Ac,как вернуть деньги за это? Покупка была сделана 28.08.21
