Технические проблемы со входом в игру на xbox one s
Hello, I am an Apex Legends player from Russia on an Xbox One S. When I try to log in to the game, it says "Unable to connect to EA servers, check your connection, details on the website..." I have already tried everything possible: I checked my EA account for bans (there are no bans), changed the console region, changed the DNS addresses manually 10 times, reconfigured the router in my apartment, removed the Xbox binding from EA and reconnected - the result is that nothing helps. Important: other games work as they should. And on another Xbox account, Apex loads, and everything works fine, tell me how I can solve the problem?
добрый день я игрок в apex legends из россии на xbox one s, при попытке входа в игру мне пишет «Не удалось подключиться к серверам EA, проверьте подключение, подробность на сайте…» я пробовал уже все что можно: проверял аккаунт EA на наличие банов ( банов нет), менял регион приставки, 10 раз сменил DNS адреса вручную, перенастроил роутер в квартире, снес привязку xbox с ea и подключил снова - итог - ничего не помогает. Важно: другие игры работают как надо. И на другом аккаунте Xbox apex загружается, и все отлично работает, подскажите, как мне можно решить проблему?
