If your anti-virus claims it found a trojan we recommend running your anti-viruses on the PC and after completed, make sure Apex and Origin is added to your anti-virus exceptions list.

Once that is done, try performing a clean boot and then right-click on the Origin desktop shortcut to run it as administrator.
