In game low GPU usage

I have in game low GPU usage(90% with drops to 65% sometimes). And also very unstable fps. But in shooting range all is ok and GPU loaded on 97%. Have this problem only in apex. In Witcher 3, Warzone...

I have in game low GPU usage(90% with drops to 65% sometimes). And also very unstable fps. But in shooting range all is ok and GPU loaded on 97%. Have this problem only in apex. In Witcher 3, Warzone also is ok. Google Drive with video 

My specs:

  • GTX 1660ti
  • i5 9300h
  • 16gb dual ram
  • Game on SSD
  • Windows 10

Also

  • Laptop
  • Last Nvidia driver 445.87 (reinstalled 2 times)
  • Apex reinstalled 1 times
