In game low GPU usage
I have in game low GPU usage(90% with drops to 65% sometimes). And also very unstable fps. But in shooting range all is ok and GPU loaded on 97%. Have this problem only in apex. In Witcher 3, Warzone...

@EmpireOfTerran I watched at my CPU and it's works on maximal clock speed(4000mHz) also without drops. Temp in normal, about 85, same with other games which don't lagging.
@kotletaone Did you install it with a test or just watch it?
Check by running monitoring in the background and playing a little after waiting for friezes and drops, checking the graph of vcore, throttling and CPU and GPU
frequency.
You can also set the throttling temperature using the stress test method of your laptop
