Refund or transfer of funds from one platform to another

Я столкнулся с такой ситуацией: около двух лет назад игра Apex Legends Mobile была удалена с платформы iOS, хотя я потратил в неё примерно 120 евро. Сейчас я хотел бы узнать, есть ли возможность перенести эти покупки или же мои внутриигровые награды на PC-версию игры (Steam или Epic Games Store, не имеет значения). Я понимаю, что возврат средств невозможен, но было бы очень приятно получить компенсацию в виде внутриигровых предметов на PC.

Могу предоставить все подтверждающие документы, включая фотографии транзакций и чеков.

I am in a situation where about two years ago Apex Legends Mobile was removed from the iOS platform, although I spent about 120 euros on it. Now I would like to know if it is possible to transfer these purchases or my in-game rewards to the PC version of the game (Steam or Epic Games Store, it does not matter). I understand that refunds are not possible, but it would be very nice to receive compensation in the form of in-game items on PC.
