I am reaching out because my EA account was recently banned, and after submitting an appeal, I received a response stating that the case was closed. However, I firmly believe this ban was applied in error. I have never used third-party programs, modified game files, or violated the Terms of Service in any way.
I am seeking guidance on how to have my case independently reviewed by a senior TOS specialist, as the previous investigation may have overlooked key details.
Here is what I can confirm:
My account has never been shared or accessed by anyone else.
My system only has legitimate software installed (I can provide a list of running processes if needed).
I would greatly appreciate assistance in escalating this case so that a thorough and independent review can be conducted. This is very important to me, as I always play fairly and follow the rules.
