"wrong" ban and consequences

In 2023, as far as I remember, I tried to log into Apex Legends after a long break, but the game wouldn’t let me connect to the servers, and there was no "you’re banned" message. I gave up trying to log in since I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t access the game with just one account. About a month ago, when I decided to try again, I saw that the game notified me that I was banned. I created a support case with EA, but they didn’t respond to me and just quickly unbanned my account. In the list of my bans on the website, there was nothing written in the "reason" column for the Apex Legends ban, and it still hasn’t been updated. There was no reason. When I logged into the game, I was surprised. I didn’t find any progress or cosmetic items, but there were a lot of them. I created another case with support, but they just closed it. I contacted an EA adviser and we chatted. He told me there was no reason for the ban, and that my progress was lost after the ban. He promised to help escalate the case and pass it on to the tech team. Do you think anything changed? The case was just closed. And then the next one. I don’t understand what the problem is, and I don’t understand why they simply can’t restore my progress, considering that I did nothing to get banned, let alone have my progress wiped in the game. I need your help.
