21.06.2023 Matchmaking does not work

Hi guys,

Germany 21.06.2023 22:43 MEZ: Matchmaking does not work on my side.

After 2 Minutes loading- time an error-code shows up.

Happens in every game mode (Conquest / Rush etc.) .

Screenshot of error-report attached.

Today EA-app updated itself - maybe it correlates with this.

However - no matchmaking - no gaming.

Good luck on fixing this.

     Hi all,

    thx for your responses. Well - yes - the new patch was not offered by EA-App.

    Thus I had the wrong version for matchmaking.

    Clearing the cache in the EA-App (Plattform PC)  fixed the issue:

    How to do it:

    Open EA-App

    In the upper left area - there are three stripes - klick them

    Got to help

    Press App-Repair (Wiederherstellung) -[last item on the list]

    Press clear cache.

    Hereafter EA App will restart - and see the Update -message appears...

    Do the BF-2042-Update and thats it.

    See you on the battlefield

    Meine Vermutung du hast den Patch der heute war noch nicht geladen. Bei mir fand er den erst nachdem ich die app 3 mal geschlossen hatte

    Bei mir half, einmal in der App ab- und wieder anmelden. Anschliessend wurden 1,93 GB update gezogen.

    Hallo @Hawks2063,

    wir sind hier auch im deutschen Forum, also würde ich dich bitten ebenfalls auf Deutsch zu schreiben.

    Es gab da gestern in der Tat noch einen neuen Patch. Schön zu hören, dass es bei dir noch nach dem Cache leeren funktioniert hat. Die EA app spinnt da manchmal mit den Updates rum.

    Leider spinnt die app nicht nur manchmal rum sondern eigentlich bei jedem update ist dieses problem @EA_Vendcera. Vielleicht kannst du dies mal weiterleiten 😉

    @EA_Vendcera auch das 5.1.0 update wurde mal wieder nicht erkannt. Ich durfte heute über den Umweg des Reparierens grade 34GB vom Spiel neu herunterladen damit ich das Update angezeigt bekommen habe. Nur so als kleines Feedback

    @SiiMPELNATOR Ja, es scheint aktuell leider immer noch ab und zu ein paar Probleme mit Updates über die EA app zu geben. Das ist übrigens auch längst nicht nur auf BF 2042 bezogen.
