I had to enable virtualization in your BIOS in order for this to be an option. " Windows Security -> Device Security -> Core Isolation -> Memory Integrity to "on".
While this may work, for me it causes AsIO & AsupIO to fail to load and cause errors on boot because of this

Hey That sounds strange, but almost all of the posts I find about these drivers and core isolation also have Windows 11 as the operating system. You too? Asus software is up to date and Windows is also completely updated?

Maybe it will help you to uninstall all Asus software and then reinstall it again. I would recommend the ASUS uninstallation tool to uninstall it. BIOS update could also be an option! I also use Windows 10 and I didn't get this error
