Ya pude solucionarlo , solo basta con actualizar el Windows de forma manual,ya que el Windows update no me estaba detectando una versión más reciente, prueba usando el asistente de Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/es-es/topic/asistente-para-actualizaci%C3%B3n-de-windows-10-3550dfb2-a015-7765-12ea-fba2ac36fb3f
