Anybody else banned for no reason?

Question

15+years of playing various battlefield games and suddenly im permanently banned for cheating mid-game. Im barely computer literate and would have no clue how to cheat even if I wanted to. I appealed the ban and EA just immediately responds saying they conducted a full investigation and have taken the correct action and denied the appeal. No explanation of how I am cheating whatsoever. Battlefield is pretty much the only reason I have a gaming laptop.

Not sure if it's somehow related but I got an error yesterday saying "eaanticheat" has encountered an unacceptable platform or something like that and the game stopped working. I went online and some forum posts said to go into the anticheat program and reinstall battlefield files so I tried that but it didnt do anything. I then Uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game and it went back to normal and worked fine for like 10 rounds before I was suddenly banned in the middle of a match for seemingly no reason. Didn't have a crazy score, wasnt doing anything weird, DEFINITELY dont have some kind of cheating software which seems to be what they ban you for.

Just wondering if im the only one. This is super confusing and frustrating since they won't even tell me how they think im cheating.

You can also request a copy of your EA account data. It might have some information on the reason for your ban.

You can also check the trusted devices linked to your EA account and see if there's any unknown locations logging into your account.

I think Battlefield 2042 is selling for $5 on EA store. I saw you say in another post this is the only game you play.

You could try backing up your important data, reinstall Windows, and then create a new EA account.

Make sure to write down your Windows key before reinstalling if you decide to go this route.

Thanks for your response but as stated in my post i have already contacted EA through the recommended channel. Im not asking for help with bans. Im asking how many other people have experienced this, as it is well-documented here, on reddit, and on the better business bureau website that no help from EA is available beyond what appears to be an automated or prewritten response to appeals that does not clarify how or why the ban occurred.&nbsp;&nbsp;
