Hi I got 3,550 hours of game play on bf2042 then last month I get ban I send in video clips that I'm not cheating about 15 case tickets I put in and I just get told that they are not going to unban m...

    Hey pockie3​,

    We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums.

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, only our Terms of Service team can take another look by creating an appeal with these steps.

    If you've already created multiple appeals and the ToS team has declined to remove the penalty, I'm afraid that would be final and not something that can be removed here or through any other channels.

Something is not right here. Too many bans are being reported for there not to be a problem with anticheat.

Normally, I side with EA on bans but it doesn't smell right. I would like to see EA come out with a statement defending the last 'ban wave' and/or specifically detail the programmes that might be causing the problem.

    Yep, I have the same feeling. We never had this amount of people flocking the boards with bans.

    This could mean 2 things, either something is wrong with the new Javelin anti cheat system, falsely banning people, or the previous anti cheat was so ineffective that nobody was banned and nobody came here. But I agree with Lancelot_du_Lac​  that EA should provide a statement, or at least provide the people who got a ban with reasoning and evidence why they got banned.
