I been fighting my ban for 18 days and I went to the Better Business Bureau and same crap. BBB sent an email directly to EA and they give canned emails to try and appeal the ban even after mentioning that I already tried. Three appeals and they will stop responding to you. I have had my account for 14 years from PSN to linking it to PC and played BF3 and BF4 and stuck through with BF2042(1000 hrs). I have been reading reddit, (r/origin)(r/battlefield 2042) (steam discussions) , and forums here and there are a lot of us getting banned. Never hacked and never cheated, wish I could get back all the money I spent of BF2042.
I won't be giving them anymore business save your money.
My appeal just got refused.
They cannot provide any evidence of my "cheating" while I provided a list of every piece of software that was running on my computer.
20 plus years of playing BF and this is how they treat people.
There is no way an actual person looked at my appeal.
