I'm really sorry, but other than giving you somewhere to vent (which is absolutely fine), there isn't anything that can be done to overturn a ban here, unfortunately.

If you haven't already, create an appeal with the Terms of Service team so they can investigate in the hopes that they'll revoke the ban. It's not guaranteed but you do get three chances at an appeal, so it could be worthwhile.
