I'm sure someone will help you on who to contact about the ban. I wanted to mention that any chargebacks of money will cause EA to ban any and all EA accounts which have the same contact and billing information.
I thought it important to mention this because if you have other EA accounts with purchased games on them and do a chargeback. EA will search for and ban all the EA accounts they can find with the same name, address, and billing information.
Making all games you've ever purchased from EA inaccessible. They will say the accounts have been banned due to fraud.
Hey, I appreciate the response. I already contacted EA support, but I'm guessing it won't really be of any help. As for them banning all my accounts as a result of a chargeback, I don't really think it would matter that much, because at this point I would consider EA a scam operation (based on their past and current actions towards the community), so I wouldn't really support the company ever again. In case I ever wanted to play some EA titles, I can still sail the sea.
