@dirtytamatoand there is no better way to prevent helicopters from bothering the ground forces than having some jet slots.
The heli may deplete its flares to stop a stinger but it will have a much harder time getting away from an aircraft that can follow it to its LoS hiding spot and finish it while its defenses are down.

For example I do not use the 30mm often on my stealth heli because I want to have the default gun that is easier to land hits on helicopters and jets who try to barbecue my heli. For the same reason I forgo AGM missiles for Anti air missiles.
Meanwhile a heli that feels that will only have things on the ground to deal with will be geared with the 30mm and the AGMs for maximum ground havoc. A constant presence of jets serves to make that less likely to happen
Yes, jets etc are foxes, condor/hinds are rabbits and the infantry are leafy greens. Anyone would guess what would happen
They should buff the cannons on the jets in regard to other aircraft and remove the AGM's all together, might encourage more of these Ace Top Gun pilots to hunt aircraft instead of just AGM, loop, rinse repeat constantly to the armor on the ground.
@Ironhead841the 25mm already got an incredible buff which makes it super deadly and anything that is not a tank, MAV or wildcat. Including infantry.
If the 30mm gets a similar treatment, nobody will even consider using AGM again. It would be fun to go A-10 on the tanks.
