I’m an Xbox series S player, I’m trying to add my friend who plays on ps5 via our EA IDs. We both have cross play on however whenever we search our EA IDs it says ‘no players matched’ for both of us, why is this and how can I solve this??
Hello. For example, is it possible to play with friends on an empty portal server? Can we solve this by registering friends as "players who have played together"?
I'd start by checking that you're both using the same version of the game. You'll both need to be on either the X/S/PS5 version or the XB1/PS4 one otherwise you won't see each other.
Okay I went through this exact thing like a week ago. So go on your pc or phone go to EA LOGIN easier on a PC and click on your profile look up your friends gamertag then they will be added onto your game
