You should be able create a BF3 Portal experience with Conquest etc as the templte and with PVP-AI enabled (don’t change anything else).
I can give you the steps to do this if you haven't built one before and want to give it a try.

No worries. These are quite basic, but should hopefully be enough. Feel free to @ me if you have any questions about it.
- Go to https://portal.battlefield.com/experiencesand log in with your EA Account.
- Scroll to BF3 and select 'Modify'.
- Choose the mode and maps you'd like to play from the available options. Conquest is probably easiest and is the default. I'd also suggest only using the pre-selected BF3 maps.
- Click through the next sets of options and make no changes.
- When you come to the AI section in 'Modifiers' select the PVP AI option.
- Again, click through the next sets of options and make no changes.
- When you get to 'Finish' you can save and use the playlist in the Portal section of the game.
