I do wonder how balance calculator works

During the past couple of months I have been more and more puzzled about the balance in this game. Way too often you get the feeling like you are alone - that most of team just camp in corner of map or simply loose every single battle and have k/d like 3-24. Brand new players should not play with high skilled players. Should be possible to kind of find all new players and let the play on their own server. Also think it must be very frustrating to get killed like that. 

I also think that many dive straight into game and multiplayer with no clue how game works - not even try with coop play / bots first. Every single time a new gun comes out - I go for bots play and level up gun fast and get all attachments.

Why this has gotten worse and worse over the last 2-3 months I dont know - but that is how I see this.
