I gave DICE feedback on how to balance two teams years ago.
Simply add together the skill rating for all the players on each team.
For example if there's two players on team 1.
- Player 1 = 50 skill
- Player 2 = 100 skill
- Adding both player's skill rating together equals 150 total team skill rating for team 1.
Then add the skill rating for all players on team 2 and compare it to team 1. If total team skill is not even between the two teams then swap players between both teams until it is.
DICE carefully listened to my feedback like they always do. As far as I can tell it was never implemented.
The nice thing about this team balancing system is it puts low skill and high skill players in the same server, then balances the teams.
