@GrebmantvYour stats and progress are account-based. The game license itself however is platform-based.

You would need to purchase another copy of the game in order to play it on a different platform... sorry.

The only exception to this is the "Cross-Gen Bundle" which enables one purchase for both "old-gen" and "next-gen" versions of the game on the respective console.
