    I can understand that AVX is a new technology for better CPU processing.

    But what I do not agree with is that it does not allow me to open the game because a requirement is that my CPU has AVX Technology.

    It is my responsibility that the Game runs well on my computer. It is not the responsibility of EA - DICE.

    Let me open the game and test.

  • Another thing that I can't understand is that Play 4 and XBox One will be able to run the game.

    And we who run Battlefield V, 4, 3 and 2 with better graphic FPS, better performance etc. we have better performance than 4th Gen consoles. We run the risk of not playing the game just because our CPUs do not have AVX technology. it's stupid.

    It's going to be devastating if he doesn't let me in the game.

    If your processor plays Battlefield 1 or V then you'll probably be able to play 2042 as well.

    @pxscuxl The PS4 and Xbox One versions are stripped back - for example, the maps are smaller and less detailed, max player number in a match is 64 and the crossplay options are limited.

    @ElliotLH I know

    I understand that a simplified version will run on play 4 and xbox one.

    But, PC has the advantage of modifying the graphics at will. This option is not available in any console on the market.

    What I mean is that although my cpu does not have the avx technology, let me enter the game to set the graphics to a minimum and let me test how the game is going.

    That is all. I hope that a message does not appear when I go to play the game saying your CPU is not compatible.

    @pxscuxl PS4 and Xbox One won't be able to crossplay with PC so I don't believe it matters. Perhaps I'm just not understanding what you're meaning?

    @pxscuxl I've removed the all caps from your reply. Please don't do that, nobody likes to be shouted at.

    I'm simply trying to understand why you keep comparing you PC issue with PS4 and Xbox One since they won't be playing with PC, and will be running an entirely different version of the game. You be better off comparing PC with PS5 and Series S/X since those are all the same version.
