@J_Boeschen24To me BFV and BF2042 are missing the heart and soul of a Battlefield game. Neither one feel like playing Battlefield, more like COD or some new IP. Battlefied games have historically all had their share of issues. No denying that. But the core was there. You felt like you were playing Battlefield and kept coming back for more despite exploits, balance issues, choppers farming at bases, etc.

And maps...the maps were so much better. Map design is a serious issue in BF2042 as well as flag placement on the maps they do have. Orbital is easily the best design overall, and that's not saying much of the rest.
