@Crinack91Shoot at their exposed feet. If they crouch as a result then you can easily outrun them.
If you see too many dozers, switch to incendiary grenade, he is not fire resistant.
If you play an engineer you can combo a rocket shot at the shield that makes Dozer flinch and follow-up with direct shots at the body/head

Shoot at the legs or the sides (Duh)
Use incendiary grenades (kill it with fire!)

@RayD_O1Dozer went from being a basic soldier with explosion resistance and a gimmick that only worked when one is camping around a corner into an actual specialist.
Cant blame people for finally using him as if he is brand new
Just in case any dozers are feeling down about everyone shooting your feet you need not worry any more, while charging just use the knee slide to fly forward while protecting your feet, this allows you to close the gap safely.
Tbh he is just a tank all round now, armour plating and med pen are great on dozer, allows you to push objectives more.
