@GVlXxf Yeah, I have an image of my ban. Was from a few days ago as a team is "investigating my case". The only reasonable explanation would be "exploits to get in-game items", or should I say "Gameplay_Enhancement". All I've done is played co-op, and earned 2 levels from portal after playing it all night. The afternoon after my nap, I'd wake up to get banned.
There is no way Razer software is the only culprit here. I was banned as well on my 13 year old account for no reason, and I do not have any razer app installed. Nor iCue or whatever. I don't use anything for my mouse, nor my keyboard. I played the game for like 12 hours. I barely made any progress. I played around 3 matches in Portal, none of them was bot or XP farming, just regular Rush of Ages or whatever it's called.
@Norby123 Yeah, it is pretty bad. I wanted to max out most, if not all of my weapons on co-op while keeping the difficulty high, like intermediate as I want a challenge without getting bored too easily. The only hard part is waiting for a reply from the investigation team, on my side atleast, as its been about 60 hours since I last messaged them. Hopefully in the next 12 hours I do get a response.
@Norby123 Well I have some hope, when speaking to the chat advisor they said "maybe my ban would be overturned" or "I suggest to be optimistic, as there are alot of players ban overturned". they could be lying, but I still have some faith.
