@JustAlbonnywell, unfortunately it is something like the gold/ultimate package that they only work on the platform you bought them on :/
Battlepass not transferring has nothing to do with preorders. Even if you buy Battlepass in the store it still doesn't transfer between platforms.
EA misrepresented this at launch and made it sound like BattlePass would be accessible on multiple platforms. They are greedy. At least new games like Overwatch 2 and COD MW2 will allow one battle pass to be shared across multiple platforms. EA/DICE’s current policy makes it much less likely I will buy any other passes or future games.
But it says that it does have cross platform progression! at least my weapons should be unlocked, and my level should be higher, but it isn't
