You cant play bf2042 on SteamOS since EAC on BF2042 doesnt have linux compatibility enabled.
The only way to play BF2042 on Steam Deck is to dualboot windows.

it was working before tho! is there any promises that it's gonna get support for steam deck? i literally bought the game to play on the deck lol
@Viking1AXE There are no plans for Steamdeck support at the moment from what I gather.
