I can only confirm your observations, I bought the ultimate edition and it is showing the same release date:

and in Origin it looks like this:
It is the first game I have that is linked like this between Epic and Origin, but to be honest, I am not all that worried.
The early access beta code showed up as expected, and was working fine all the way for me.
