@cso7777 I wish this wasn't true but that is my CPU and it does feel like a bottleneck with my 3080Ti.

@GRiPSViGiLAnd you are probably right. But in low resolutions, no CPU is probably fast enough for the 3080TI.
The new 5800X3D improves FPS in some titles, compared to the 12900K.
But whether upgrading from a 5800X is worth it at this point is another story, lots of money for a very small improvement in most games.
