Re: Battlefield Direct Communication Lacks Communication

I agree. I think many will understand when something will go wrong with the game. It shouldn't happen but, well... we are just people and mistakes happen. It's great that DICE is telling us about the problem and why they disable something. But what is not great is a lack of any further communication and keeping players in the dark - what is being made to rectify the problem and when it will be fixed. The glaring example is the current problem with a progression temporarily disabled in some modes - what does mean "temporarily" - a couple of days? A couple of weeks? A month? A year? Nobody knows. What is being done to fix the problem there? Is it a priority, so customers who paid an extra for the game to just play the game modes which were "crippled" will get at least a few days before the full release? Once again, nobody knows.

Imagine when there needs to be a water delivery temporarily stopped into your household, because some problem happened - you will get informed about it, the water delivery was stopped and then... a complete silence. No water even after three days, no communication, you have no idea when you will get water again and your provider is refusing to pick your phone calls. I am sure everybody will get pretty angry about that. It's a similar case here.
