Kaleidoscope/conquest in solo certainly has a couple of tuk-tuks (one is right on the street where the starting point/spawn is, its icon is visible on the minimap), even the bots are driving them there. But getting the mastery there is quite difficult, bots are quite good in not going into your way, as I have tried just for fun. 😉
Well... Some of the achievements can be completed through PORTAL. Majority of them as of right now have been disabled from being done through PORTAL it looks.Because its counted some of mine very little but some through portal. Thats how majority people were completing there achievements and mastery so easy. When the game launched it was allowing a lot to be completed through PORTAL. As i said a lot of thats been fixed or been disabled at least for now it looks.Guess there limiting what can be done through PORTAL. The mastery system for the vehicles is actually kinda stupid because if you read the directions for the achievement it clearly says kills and assists. Yet if your sitting inside of the passenger seat on a TUK TUK, none of those kills will count towards mastery if you kill someone from sitting inside the passenger seat even. Yet thats considered a kill and assist your still in the TUK TUK. If other players were in there riding that shows the kills wouldnt count and even that would be an assist.Which that there is kinda cheating players out of completing the vehicle achivements.The ATV and TRUCK you cant even shoot out of anyways. When it comes to loop holes and completing achievements I have always been smart at finding and figuring out ways to complete them.In any game and I have played a lot of games in my time now lol.Ive managed to complete a lot of achievements in those games as well with loop holes and tricks.
There is two ways you can complete the vehicle achievements for this game that I know will work 100 percent, its really the only way anyone could physically of done as of now unless they managed to get it done through PORTAL before the fixes and changes. Theres only two ways anyone can master those achievements right now so easy. Cheating or Legit by using the help of friends to complete the achievement.Whether your in multiplayer or COOP mode all you gotta do is have your friends stand there somewhere away from the action and let you run them over and kill them.You could master any of the vehicle achievements easy and have it done in no time. Ive seen people do stuff like that even in other games to easily complete achievements i see it all time in COD Warzone. Because you know someone didnt have best play killing 10 people who were just standing on objective not moving or doing crap lol. That and some players will utilize a second system having 2 copies of the game to complete achievements. Anyways yea thats only way anyone could possibly have a T3-T1 Mastery already in this game, thats how people are doing the mastery so easy is using the help of friends in COOP/Multiplayer letting them run them over and earn the kills. Because theres no other way these people have it so high in mastery in other way unless there cheating. You cant run over NPCS easy its almost impossible you might get 2-3 by luck in one game.The NPCS always move and dodge you even on beginner difficulty. So yea if you wanna complete it I would suggest having some friends help you complete it in multiplayer or coop.
For the tuk-tuk, it needs to be a roadkill to count towards the badge mastery. But yeah, I also agree it's a pain and kills and assists from the seat should be counted in, too. Either it's just an oversight or it's deliberately set this way to make it really hard and rare achievement.
Why the only legit way to master the vehicles is have friends help then you help them. I've seen 2 people at least with a T3 Tuk Tuk and the only way they have that is cheating or there friends helped them. 240 NPC kills or Multiplayer kills is impossible any other way just in about a month into game. It would take longer then a month that many NPC kills or Multiplayer kills no help. No one's ever ran me over in a TUK TUK there to slow. They die before they get even close.So yea that's how I know they must got group together and took turns doing it to one another.Im certain the vehicles don't count in PORTAL at least not anymore. Some stuff a bit still does it seems but not those.
Okay, so I am currently doing this for my Tuk Tuk, I am on Xbox Series X btw. I have found a thing that kind of helps. Which is Boris's Turret. If you put his turret down in an area where it can kill other players in a multiplayer game, and if you are in the driver seat of the tuk tuk, the turret kills count as tuk tuk kills. Obviously you have to hop out, place the turret and then hop back in. This does help. But in regular multiplayer games, Trying to get a Kaleidoscope or Hourglass map to get kills on is tough in itself. Kaleidoscope is better because the Tuk Tuk is more available and people do not tend to use them. But on Hourglass, there is only one of them.
Also, having a friend help is difficult as well, because there is no way that I can find where it allows you to switch teams. Atleast I have not figured it out yet. Because if we could go into a multiplayer game or a co op game and have someone switch the team, then we wouldnt have this issue at all. If someone knows how to do this, that would be great if you could tell me.
I have 283 kills so far with the tuk tuk. And I am determined to either be the first to get it, or atleast be one of the very view in the game that has it. The assist are not bugged. because the passengers of the tuk tuk are using their own weapons. So technically it doesnt count. It could be a bug for that reason. I doubt dice will make it so that if you get a kill in the tuk tuk while as a passenger, itll count for that. Other wise, it would not be that hard. I am trying to figure out a better method or some better way to protect the tuk tuk. I did find that its harder for enemies to shoot you through the back glass of it though. So thats something. Otherwise you are this open, slow and goofy looking target thats easy to hit and kill. The must have fixed the passenger kills because that's how I'm getting most of my kills with it.
I've been getting my kills mainly on my own shooting from passenger seat in co-op. Not easy but a few defenses set up to stop rockets helps a lot
