@Stew360 They should look into the system in Squad. This system work pretty good also in hell let loose, post scriptum, etc. You need a certain amount of people in each squad to gain certain access, vehicule squad,etc. Everyone can communication in proxy and squad vocals but only the officier in the cmd channel. They should look into 2 fireteam like you said but implement that only the fireteam leader can communication with the officer because listening to cmd vocal and squad vocal is nuts.
