Re: Boris is too far nerfed!

Maybe unpopular opinion.

It doesn't make sense to me that a robot dog takes 50 shots to kill, but Boris' turret only takes 3-5.

Agreed robo dog takes way too many shots to kill, it should be closer to 10, not 50.

The value of the turret shouldn't be measured solely by its killing ability.  It provides other benefits.  It serves as a distraction by forcing the enemy to give away their position. The damage isn't impressive, but even just a bit of chip damage can be the deciding factor in a 1v1 shootout or provide just enough to finish off a wounded enemy.

Turret should be balanced with the idea of being an assistant rather than a killer. I think DICE has done a good job in that regard.

@AngrySquid270The robodog is slot limitied to 2-3 per team. It is already a waste of a vehicle cooldown.
Do not persecute the mechanical canines.

As about Boris, he was superseeded by Crawford

He might as well not exist unless he gets revamped

@UP_Hawxxeye ha true crawford does everything even a medic but so few notice that.

I have seen so many crawford players running around downed teamates not reviving them like hello look at your hud.

As a crawford player you can give out regular ammo a turret and on teammate revive special ammo.

going for T1 boris for new players is just bad. if your lucky you get 100 damage in a round. and you need 60k.. not saying you should get it in like a week but its needs a little more power to do something. spotting doesnt help for the tiers. you need damage. but with a 5/10 sec lock on and slow fire rate. its not even a sentry at this point...

@l--ElekTr1C--l imagine just playing a game for the gameplay instead of fake achievements to trigger a chemical reaction trying to sell to you that said game is infact fun for the chemical reaction it triggered...
i miss the days when playing a game was all the reward one needed....

@X-Sunslayer-X i like a challenge, why not try and getting the tiers done while playing the game? instead of playing with the most op gun there is

but maybe this is kinda the reason these specialists are not working the way they thought it would work and ppl want them out of the game.

@AngrySquid270 The turret is there as a force equaliser when defending and if people are not going to look where they are going that’s their fault not the sentry’s.Let’s not forget in many game modes there’s another 63 players that can also shoot this sentry.

He will get the nerf bat like all the others.  When something new comes along, it usually is a bit OP to get players to play.  Like the AR that acts like a SMG.   They will get toned down later, but for now, people are like

OMG, this is so OP (and that is the sole reason they are playing it)
