@Adamonic It is too small to be its own map. I would also bring up the Specialist Green pools and the warehouse and that whole area there on Renewal. I would be fine with seeing the helipad reused in a brand new map, but DICE probably won't do that as these assets likely clash too much with eachother.
Truth be told, I've never cared too much about the realism and would be pretty fine with a map that's part "whitebox"/clay, part random unused assets like those, or used assets, with some escherian design.
